Associate Business Systems Analyst II – Randstad General Partner (US) LLC – Atlanta, GA.   ​ Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time W-2 basis. Job Duties: Provide tier II technical support to end-users on various issues. Respond to, document, and resolve production support tickets. Define technical problems and work with development staff to determine solutions. Provide assistance in testing and validating solutions. Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance. Primarily focus on support and maintenance of systems and assist with other operational tasks as needed. Perform basic troubleshooting. Utilize strong business and technology acumen, including Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (“SDLC”). Analyze application enhancements requested by users. Make formal recommendations. Write application specifications, including conversion, upgrade, and interface routines. Support all testing needs for defined changes. Participate in quality assurance (“QA”) testing and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) initiatives. Develop and execute test plans, report results, and communicate resolution to users. Follow operating policies. Interpret organizational policies. Utilize time management, organization, and analytical skills to complete work under the supervision of others. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have 1 year of professional experience as a Software or Business Analyst or a related occupation. Must have 1 year of professional experience in: defining, analyzing, and crafting req/user stories; working in a fast-paced IT environment utilizing SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, LEAN, and waterfall; Wireframe, Mockups, processing mapping, Visio, and MS Office Suite; project management as well as QA and UAT testing; HTML, Java, SQL; lead lifecycle, sales, marketing, and recruitment – CRM, marketing automation, Agile tools (JIRA), recruiting platform (ATS); and PS 9.0 (payroll, HR, benefits, self-service).
