Description The Wilf Family Department of Politics seeks outstanding and innovative scholars for a position in US politics at the assistant professor level. The position is to commence on September 1, 2027, pending administrative and budgetary approval. Qualifications Candidates are expected to possess a PhD by September 2027 in political science or a cognate discipline; to have records of excellent research; and to indicate the potential to be future disciplinary leaders in their respective fields of expertise. Candidates should also have demonstrated ability as excellent teachers at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $145,000.
